Rain water harvesting
Rainwater harvesting is important in any farm.
In the farm there are 2 ponds one is near to the borewell which is 250feet deep
second pond is shallow pond planned for fishes as of now it percolates water into the soil.
The first pond is 18feet in length 12 feet wide and 10 feet deep very near to bore well.
All trenches which run the entire area is connected to the farm pond.Trenches are filled with coconut leaves.
